How To Cleanse The Body From Inside Out

We can accumulate toxins by eating or inhaling chemicals from household chemicals such as:

This diet was like a 48-hour toxin elimination plan. Seven days after the experiment, all study participants reported feeling better, and laboratory tests showed that their body’s ability to cleanse had improved.

Day 1:

First in the morning: Warm lemon juice.

Breakfast: One or two organically grown fruits and two tablespoons of chopped linseed mixed in organic unadulterated yoghurt or whole grain oats.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dandelion leaves, spinach or cabbage leaves
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 handful of parsley
  • 2.5 cm long piece of ginger root
  • 1 green apple without a core
  • 1/2 lemon without peel

Preparation:

Wash the vegetables thoroughly before squeezing the juice. Squeeze the juice from each ingredient separately in the following order:

  1. Greens,
  2. Cucumbers,
  3. Parsley,
  4. Ginger,
  5. Apple
  6. Lemon.

Before drinking, mix everything together and stir.

Lunch: Large bowl of salad or fresh greens (small spinach, kale, arugula) topped with vegetables (artichokes, broccoli rosettes, chopped carrots, red onions), hard boiled egg slices (optional) and fresh pumpkin seeds. The sauce is made from coconut oil.

Afternoon snack: Special juice

Dinner: Quinoa stir-fry. Can be supplemented with lentils, black beans, fish or chicken.

Day 2:

Dinner: Grilled salmon or chicken breast, or 150 g of black beans or lentils. Garlic and cauliflower puree, small mixed green leaf salad with balsamic vinegar and kimchi or sauerkraut.

Artichokes

With only a few diets designed to cleanse the body, we could complete detoxification without artichokes. Artichoke leaves can stimulate the formation of bile, and this helps to remove toxins from the liver, and then – from the entire body.

Artichokes also contain antioxidants, including silymarin, which protects the liver from toxins. Artichokes taste good when prepared in salads.

Beets

Beets contain the antioxidant betaine, which increases the activity of second-detoxification enzymes, at least as shown by a study published in 2013 in the British Journal of Nutrition.

Beans

This plan includes two fermented products – kimchi and sauerkraut. Kimchi is a traditional Korean dish made by fermenting vegetables with various spices and is full of probiotics.

The key ingredient in kimchi is cruciferous vegetables, to which other detoxification products and spices, including

  • garlic,
  • ginger;
  • red pepper powder.

In 2014, they published a report in the Korean Journal of Medicine Food showing that this food can fight obesity; Constipation and other digestive problems, lowering high cholesterol, help with immune system disorders, poor skin condition and brain degeneration.

It makes sauerkraut from cabbage and provides both probiotics and substances in cabbage, such as glucosinolate, which activate detoxifying enzymes and help the liver, at least in a 2005 article in the Journal of Nutrition, and many other studies found in the scientific literature.

Fruits

You can enjoy the fruit every day (and pick up even more fruit as part of the freshly squeezed juices).

Any citrus fruits are recommended for detoxification such as:

  • Oranges ;
  • Lemons;
  • Grapefruit;
  • Berries.

Citrus fruits contain limonoids that, according to a study published in 2010 by BMC Complementary and Alternative Medicine, affect the activity of enzymes in the second stage of detoxification.

Berries such as:

  • Blueberries;
  • Raspberries;
  • Strawberry;
  • Blackberries;
  • Cranberries;

are rich in natural plant nutrients – flavonoids – which increase the activity of liver detoxification enzymes.

Fruits (and vegetables) contain both water-soluble and water-insoluble fiber, which helps to remove and remove toxins from the intestinal tract. Fruits generally contain a lot of water, which promotes detoxification.

Grains

These products provide high-quality, easily absorbed proteins that supply the body with key amino acids and help build the enzymes needed for detoxification.

Fats and Oils

I recommend coconut oil for detoxification – mainly because it provides a rapidly available carbohydrate-like fuel for energy. Coconut oil is composed mainly of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), fats that are metabolised other than fat.

Coconut oil is less often stored as body fat and has a thermogenic effect, so it promotes fat burning. It also has antimicrobial effects and helps restore intestinal health.

Dairy Products

This plan includes yoghurt fermented from the milk of a grass-fed cow. Such a product supplies the intestines with probiotics that are necessary for intestinal health and cleansing.

Because yogurt also contains protein, it provides the amino acids to form second-stage detoxification enzymes.

Seeds

 Pumpkin seeds will provide a whole set –

  • Protein,
  • Healthy fats,
  • Carotenoids
  • and Vitamin E.

Studies have shown that pumpkin seeds have helped control blood sugar, fight cancer, normalize blood pressure and protect the heart.

Linseed is high in good fats and is an excellent way to cleanse the intestinal tract of toxins.
